- A series of guided rides tailored to your ability and confidence. This is offered on a 1:1 and/or small group basis.
- We can lend you a bike — no need to bring your own (although if you have a bike, you’re still welcome).
- Helmets & gloves provided for safety and comfort.
- A drink and a snack are provided free of charge during each ride.
- Support to help you get involved with other local cycling groups, or other activities to keep you feeling good – usually once you have completed up to 10 rides.
- In winter, we organise fun indoor evening cycling sessions to keep you active and motivated
